In accordance with Law No. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law No. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, our site administered by Regio Development SRL is obliged to manage the personal data you provide to us securely and only for the specified purposes.
The purpose of data collection is to use it for invoicing and shipping ordered products.
You are required to provide the respective data, which is necessary for creating invoices for ordered products and for shipping them via express courier.
Your rights under the law:
The confidentiality and protection of information collected from you is of vital importance to us and we will treat it as such.
We do not provide collected information to third parties without your express and prior consent.
We do not store your credit card information to protect user-provided information.

Secure online payment interface
In accordance with Netopia Payments terms and PCI-DSS Level 1 requirementsShopping cart information is transmitted encrypted to the server through a secure connection with a digital certificate issued by Let's Encrypt.
Upon placing an order on the site, a fiscal invoice will be issued with the data provided by the customer.
The Buyer agrees to provide the Seller with correct, updated, accurate and true information necessary for issuing the fiscal invoice in accordance with Romanian legislation.
Prices displayed on the site do not include VAT.
The invoice is delivered to the Buyer by electronic mail, to the email address provided when placing the order.
Accepted payment methods:
Cash on Delivery
Upon product delivery; the customer will hand over the cash equivalent of the order to the courier company representative
Online Card Payment
Accepted cards: MasterCard and Visa. Processing through Netopia Payments server
PayPal Payment
Processed in euro equivalent at the daily exchange rate
Shipping fee: 25 lei (Bucharest) or 49 lei (rest of the country). Free shipping for orders over 1000 lei.
An online order can be placed at any time.
Order processing period: Monday to Friday between 10:00-18:00, excluding legal holidays.
Processing time: 3-5 business days from the moment of order placement.
Physical deliveries are made door to door, via express courier.
Order delivery can only be made within Romania.
The site administrator reserves the right to modify the content of this contract/agreement at any time, without prior notification to Customers.
According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights, purchase cancellation/contract withdrawal is applicable only to individual customers.
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are canceling the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within the legal period of 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

If any of the Agreement clauses become or are declared null, the validity of the other clauses will not be affected. The Agreement will be interpreted in accordance with Romanian laws.
The parties will make all efforts to resolve amicably, through direct negotiations, any misunderstanding or dispute that may arise between them.
